How We Got Here
Edico Realty started in 1994 with one simple idea: treat property owners the way we'd want to be treated. That meant answering calls. Showing up on time. Being straight about what a property was really worth—even when the owner didn't want to hear it.
Thirty years later, that approach still works. We've managed thousands of properties, closed hundreds of sales, and built a business that runs on referrals and repeat clients.
What We Believe
- Price it right the first time. Overpriced listings sit. Underpriced ones leave money on the table. We know the Irvine market well enough to hit the sweet spot.
- Screen tenants like you're living there. Bad tenants cost more than vacant units. We check everything—credit, references, rental history.
